The Second Peak Battle of Fronter
On July 27, 2024, the team from the Fronter Group's Administrative Office Center attended the highly anticipated second Fronter Peak Battle in Wuhan's Vanilla Eden. This event not only tested teamwork and strategic application but also deepened mutual trust among employees and enhanced communication and collaboration skills.
At the beginning of the event, the organizers carefully designed a series of ice-breaking games aimed at breaking conventional work relationships, allowing each participant to better integrate into the team in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Through competitions like tug-of-war and blind box opening, the competitive and cooperative spirit among team members was fully displayed, while also stimulating everyone's enthusiasm and creativity.
As the event entered its second phase, colleagues from both the domestic trade department and foreign trade department signed 'responsibility statements' based on market conditions, expressing their confidence in completing sales tasks and their determination to exceed those tasks. This segment not only enhanced the competitive awareness between various departments of Fronter but also elevated the overall sense of purpose and urgency within the team.
After the event concluded, all participants gathered outdoors to enjoy a barbecue feast meticulously prepared by the company's 'chefs'. Here, everyone not only tasted delicious dishes but also communicated in a relaxed atmosphere, enhancing mutual understanding. To help everyone feel cool and joyful during the hot summer day, group members participated in a water rowing competition in the afternoon. When everyone reached the finish line together, it symbolized that with teamwork, they would ultimately sail towards victory.
The Fronter Peak Battle not only provided employees with a platform to showcase themselves and develop their abilities but more importantly reinforced team spirit and collective honor. Through a series of challenging and fun activities, employees not only relaxed physically and mentally but also deepened friendships among each other, laying a solid foundation for future work.
